All rooms for conference attendees and banquet guests will need to be booked through UVSA Midwest in order to get the special discounted rate.
Alumni will need to contact the Alumni Relations Director (jack.nguyen@uvsamidwest.org) for the discounted rate ($100/night).
Attendee rooms will have two (2) double beds. ONLY FOUR PEOPLE ALLOWED TO A ROOM. If you wanted to buy out the entire room ($100/night) but with a king sized bed, please contact the Registration Director (hung.ly@uvsamidwest.org).
